University of Chicago

Since we'll be leaving University of Chicago soon, we went up to campus today and wandered around a little bit. It's a pretty striking place, so a few pictures of our farewell tour seemed to be in order.

Botany Pond

Gargolye at Cobb Gate

Culver Hall

Roughly 9.5 seconds after this picture was taken Maisy trampled most of those flowers...

Aaah. So sweet. We're really going to miss you guys. I love Maisy's new mode of transportation. I bet she LOVES it! I can't wait until Calder is 1 so he can join me on the bike.

What a beautiful place. Love the bike chair. She is a doll and you look great! What a fun mom.

Maisy has gotten so tall!! And gees, love U of C campus!! We're still in Thailand having the greatest time!! Often thought we should just stay. We are going to be in St Paul, MN in September doing the rest of Jacob field work, then back to Chi town. We miss you guys. Hope moving to the East has gone smoothly!

Wow! This campus is so beautiful! I'm so bummed Scott and I didn't get a chance to come visit you together while you were still there. But I'm so excited you'll be so close to Boston in the fall!

I especially like the picture of Maisy running down that hallway - and the one by the tree with the flowers. I lol'ed at the caption. :P
